Caroline spent 27 years in Corporate America, working her way up from the mail room of ICI Americas in Wilmington, DE, and on through system integration, company start-ups, and real estate investment sales and consulting. 

The high-tech portion of her career included working with familiar corporate clients such as Coke, Delta Airlines, and National Linen, where she served them as a Consultative Systems Engineer at Novell, completing her years in high-tech as a Director of Operations for a System Integrator.

From there, the entrepreneurial bug bit and she struck out on her own, becoming certified as a Professional Coach and Facilitator.  Her coaching practice served to develop leadership skills and business management practices with CEOs and executives from companies such as The St. Paul Co., Prudential, HP and The Sports Authority. 

She and her husband Eddie left their hometown of Philadelphia, PA and settled in Duluth, Georgia in 1988.

Caroline and Eddie have been married 18 years and have one precocious 10 year old son, Evan Baker, and a similarly precocious Boston Terrier named Drake.
